OUR VISION is to see the lost saved, and the Church, both corporately and individually, set free, maturing and fulfilling their purpose in Christ Jesus (Eph 4 : 11 - 13 ), and to help God's people understand the times and seasons in which they are living - through the sending forth of the prophetic word, message or teaching, and through any other ministrations of the Holy Spirit, as He wills.

One-half of our ministry involves missions outreach. We are committed to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every tongue and tribe as we are empowered by the Holy Spirit in this apostolic age. The majority of our missions outreach is to less economically advantaged countries, such as Africa and Asia (often referred to as the third world) but we are also active in Europe, and North and South America . MARY BURT, through whom the Lord founded and established this ministry, is a prophetic speaker and Christian prophetic-prayer counselor. Her vision is to reach the nations with the message and power of Jesus Christ. She is an American full gospel itinerant minister and a missionary with Jubilee International World Outreach. Mary is an ordained minister "moving in the prophetic office". She is known as a woman of "character and integrity" and "without compromise".

Mary is "internationally respected amongst pastors and leaders" who have been partakers and witnesses to this ministry. She is often requested to speak at conferences and other various Church meetings and Christian groups.

Mary Burt believes that the least of the saints of God (born again believers) have power in them to shut the mouths of lions, stop armies, heal the sick and raise the dead. Her ministry is to share prophetic insight and to strengthen the local church body by way of prophetic preaching, teaching, healing and deliverance.

God often uses her to speak life, purpose, wisdom and guidance into the lives of individuals and ministries by way of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. She has "a unique approach to the prophetic ministry" and is considered a "gifted teacher". Mary Burt is also involved in leadership training programmes for pastors and church leaders, locally and worldwide and she is often referred to as "a minister to the minister".

Her strong desire and anointing to see people healed and set free for the Glory of God, has brought people from various places in the world to receive personal prophetic prayer counselling ministry; experiencing "God encounters in areas of inner and physical healing, deliverance, the prophetic, personal renewal and restoration". MARY BURT, is a regular speaker and national member of Women's Aglow International; participates in Churches Together in Penmaenmawr whenever possible and a Pastoral Care member of the Association of Christian Counsellors, UK; member of the Association of Biblical Counselors, USA and a Certified Christian Chaplain ( International Federation of Christian Chaplains, Inc.). She is also a member of Jubilee International Ministers' Association (JIMA) and part of Jubilee International World Outreach Mission Directorate, which is responsible for heading up short-term international mission teams, anywhere from one week to one month in duration.

In obedience to the call of God, Mary was sent out by the laying on of hands, as a minister and missionary, through the church she had been attending in Louisiana, USA, New Jerusalem Praise and Worship Center (Louisiana) - Pastor Jerry Cocran. This church had been experiencing revival for several years , not unlike Toronto and Brownsville in the mid to late nineties, She now resides in North Wales with her British husband, Joseph Burt, who has an anointed ministry in the area of exhortation and helps with a tremendous insight and knowledge of the Biblical Word of God. Joseph also has a rich heritage as his 96-year-old father, Arthur Burt, (still preaching globally), was a contemporary of Smith Wigglesworth and Joseph's maternal grandparents were with the China Inland Mission (Hudson Taylor).

now 96 years young, resides in Penmaenmawr, (Conwy), North Wales, United Kingdom . For many in the Christian world Arthur Burt is a living legend. He was a contemporary of Smith Wigglesworth, raised nine children, survived two world wars and has preached the gospel all over the world to bring the Father's Word of challenge and encouragement.

He describes himself as "a piece of paper blown by the wind from one place to another", but more often as simply a vessel of God's mercy. "If you ask me who I am, I will tell you. I am nobody, and the message I bring today is that every somebody will now have to become nobody. We must lose our identity in the body of Christ, because Father will not give his glory to anybody but Christ."
